Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uneven brightness on a display surface resulting from light leak at a diffusion plate. SOLUTION: The emitted light from a linear light source 4 and the reflected light by a reflector 5 are either led in directly from the introducing surface of a photo-guide plate 1 or introduced being reflected by the light reflection part 22 of a diffusion plate 2. At this time, a small amount of light penetrating the reflection part 22 exists, but it is absorbed by a light absorption part 21 on the rear surface of the diffusion plate 2, so that no light leak occurs. Because the light emitted by the linear light source 4 is reflected by the reflection part 22, over absorption in the part 21 is prevented.
