Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correlate pointed portions in a document to be inspected, corrected portions with prescribed columns in an opinion report by a simple procedure and to make it possible to reflect a corresponding reference item number in an opinion. SOLUTION: When a user selects a text in a document to be inspected and executes an opinion addition command by using a document inspection system 1, the system 1 pads (23) a moved destination tag in the text part, specifies (24) a reference item number corresponding to the text part, displays (25) the item number in a prescribed column in an opinion report, displays a pointer to be moved to a pointed position, and then pads (26) a moving source tag in the pointer. When the user selects the text in the document to be inspected and executes a correction contents addition command by using a document inspection receiving system 2, the system 2 pads (23) the moved destination tag in the text part, specifies (34) an opinion corresponding to a corrected position, displays a pointer to be moved to the corrected position on the prescribed column in the opinion report, and pads (35) a pointer tag in the pointer.
