Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device for operating data distribution to a terminal equipment according to a state. SOLUTION: This is a server device for distributing data stored in a storage device 102 to plural terminal equipments connected through a network 100. This device is provided with a state detecting means 110 for detecting the state of the server device, distribution information deciding part 103 for deciding distributing performance information based on information detected by the state detecting means 110, distribution information holding part 104 for holding the distributing performance information decided by a distribution information deciding part 103, and data distributing means for distributing data to the terminal equipments based on the distributing performance information held by the distribution information holding part 104. Therefore, when any change is generated in the state of the server device, the distributing performance information is changed so that data distribution corresponding to the state of the server device can be attained, and data can be further certainly distributed.
