Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiowave absorber designed by forming a resistance film by arranging conductive fiber fluxes, and taking a surface resistance value based on a matter existing among the fluxes into consideration, by making the average number of the conductive fiber fluxes per unit length satisfy a specific relation with a line resistance value thereof and an incident angle of radio wave. SOLUTION: This radiowave absorber essentially comprises three layers of a resistant film layer, a dielectric layer and a reflecting layer. In the resistant film layer, conductive fiber fluxes which are manufactured by combining conductive long fibers, arranged in lengthwise direction, with a binding agent such as resin are disposed in parallel at intervals. Although carbon fiber, silicon carbide fiber, steel fiber and copper fiber, etc., may be used as the conductive long fiber, the carbon fiber and the silicon carbide fiber are preferable in respect of strength and chemical stability, etc., and carbon fiber is more preferable in respect of economy. And the average number N of the conductive fiber fluxes per unit flux 1 m is expressed in a formula with a line resistance value R1 (Q/m) thereof and an incident angle of radiowave θ.
