Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating mat as a single sheet wherein no refrigerant piping is damaged during transportation while being coiled like a carpet. SOLUTION: A floor heating mat 2 is connected to a plurality of base mats 10 with a connection part 11 to obtain a single sheet, while a refrigerant piping 20 is provided inside of it. The refrigerant piping 20 comprises an inlet/outlet part 21 where a refrigerant comes in and out, a fixing part 22, and a bent part 23. The fixing part 2 is fixed while the inlet/outlet part 21 is not fixed. Thus, construction work at piping connection work is easier, while the refrigerant piping 20 is prevented form being damaged. The bent part 23 is semi-fixed or non-fixed to the base mats 10, so the bent part 23 diffuses and absorbs a load during transportation while coiled like a carpet, thus, no refrigerant piping 20 is damage.
