Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation reduction device having a stop fixing device. SOLUTION: A stop fixing device of an oscillation reduction device has a friction member mounted on a movable mass 21 and a member 40 which is arranged along track members 11A, 11B and is subjected to friction. The member 40 subjected to friction can travel among three positions, namely, a movable position where the movable mass 21 can reciprocate freely, a stop position where the movable mass 21 is stopped by friction force, and a fixing position where the movable mass 21 is fixed by pressing force.
