Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin compsn. showing excellent tackiness to both a non-polar adherend such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., and a polar adherend such as metal, paper, etc., and having excellent weatherability, transparency, and heat resistance, and an adhesive made from the resin compsn. SOLUTION: This resin compsn. is manufactured by compounding 1-200 pts.wt. block polymer (II) comprising a polymer block (A) comprising 50-100 wt.% olefinic monomer unit and 50-0 wt.%, vinyl monomer unit capable of copolymerizing with the monomer and a polymer block (B) comprising 55-100 wt.% (meth)acrylate ester unit and 45-0 wt.% vinyl monomer unit capable of copolymerizing with the monomer, to 100 pts.wt. copolymer (I) contg. 70-99.9 wt.% (meth) acrylate ester unit and 30-0.1 wt.% vinyl monomer unit having a functional group, and this adhesive comprises the resin compsn.
