Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a shark cartilage product in a liquid form that has subdued unique and unpleasant odor without damage to the included components and can be taken as a beverage since the powder of conventional shark cartilage is difficult to be taken directly as it is, because it has unpleasant odor and the anxiety of digestion in the stomach with the gastric acid and of poor digestion and absorption even when the cartilage can pass through the stomach into the intestine. SOLUTION: The shark cartilage 3 and cold water 4 are charged in an electric mixer as a juice mixer to produce a viscous liquid form of shark cartilage 6. The resultant viscous shark cartilage is ground by using a vertical type grinder 8 equipped with a pair of stone mills 2 to give the objective shark cartilage in the liquid form.
