Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a uniform coat layer on the inner wall of an ink pressurizing chamber. SOLUTION: An ink pressurizing chamber 1 is provided with openings 1a, 1b at the opposite ends thereof and a vacuum pump 4 is coupled with the opening 1b through an exhaust hose 3. The ink pressurizing chamber 1 is connected with a power supply 5 for applying a positive voltage thereto. A hole 6a is made on the opening 1a side of the ink pressurizing chamber 1 and arranged with a mask member 6 connected with a variable power supply 7. A coating agent spray mechanism 8 is disposed oppositely to the hole 6a in the mask member 6 and the opening 1a of the ink pressurizing chamber 1. The coating agent spray mechanism 8 sprays coating agent from a nozzle 9 connected with a high voltage DC power supply 10.
