Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance classifying accuracy and the rate of operation by preventing the fusion of a powder to the tip part of a classifying edge. SOLUTION: In an air classifying apparatus, the classifying edges 2, 3 arranged between a Coanda block 104 and a back surface block 105 to form exhaust flow paths 107, 108, 109 in a branched state are formed into such a structure that bent parts 40 are formed in the edges 2, 3 on the tip side thereof so that the projecting directions of the tips of the edges are set along the scattering falling curves 127, 128, 129, 130 of a raw material to be classified in the vicinity of the tips of the edges.
