PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce effect of earth magnetism, reduce the amount of mis-landing in balance over the omni direction, and realize high quality display with no color slippage by forming a cut-out part or a bending part in the extending part of a shield wall covering a lateral frame. SOLUTION: An inner magnetic shield 10 has a hollow structure formed by arranging four shield walls 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d in almost a quadrangular pyramid trapezoid. The shield walls 10a, 10b corresponding to lateral frames 4 are extended on the panel front side, and the lateral frames 4 are covered with the extended parts 11, and cut-out parts 13 are formed at both ends 12 in the length direction of the lateral frames 4 in the extended parts 11. The cut-out parts 13 are formed by cutting out in almost a square or almost a triangle both end edge parts of the extended parts 11 in the vicinity of the both ends of the lateral frames 4. Welding of the extended part to the lateral frame is made unnecessary and cost is reduced.
