Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic pole of high magnetic flux density by magnetizing a plurality of magnetic poles with minute spaces on a endless shaped periphery of a body. SOLUTION: A body 2 having an endless shaped periphery is supported such that the revolution on the periphery is possible, with a body supporting means 2. A magnetic head 3 is disposed in contact with or near the periphery of the body 2, and alternating magnetic current is periodically supplied to the magnetic head 3. Two magnetic poles 17a provided to the magnetic head 3 face each other in a peripheral direction of the body 2, and an air gap between these magnetizing poles is set about 40-60% of an interval between magnetic poles magnetized in the peripheral direction.
