Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently shield light from a light source without deteriorating the cooling efficiency of a fan. SOLUTION: A projecting device is provided with the light source 35, the fan 5 cooling the light source 35 and a shading body 2 shielding the light leaking from the light source 35 through the fan 5. The shading body 2 radially possesses a horizontal piece 10 which is provided with plural shading pieces 1 and 1 by arraying them in upper and lower stages and where each shading piece 1 is extended along horizontal light from the light source 35, perpendicular piece 11 extended so as to be orthogonal with the horizontal piece 10 from the end part of the horizontal piece 10 on the side of the fan 5 and an inclined piece 12 extended so as to be inclined to the horizontal light from the end part of the horizontal piece 10 on the side of the fan 5 inside. A perpendicular interstice L is formed between the horizontal piece 10 of one shading piece 1 and the perpendicular piece 11 of the other shading piece 1 opposed to the horizontal piece 10 on an upper side. The horizontal piece 10 is extended to a position where the light passing through the perpendicular interstice L and obliquely entering reaches, and the perpendicular interstice L is positioned within the perpendicular projection range of the inclined piece 12 of one shading piece 1.
