Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-accuracy absolute evaluation result in an artifical organ for a circulatory system by using a suspension in a microcapsule. SOLUTION: A suspension in a microcapsule which contains a leuco compound as a dye is supplied, as pseudoblood, to an artificial organ. The artificial organ is driven. A part of the pseudoblood is sampled periodically. The sampled pseudoblood is supplied to an n-hexane solution so as to be mixed. The leuco compound in the microcapsule which is broken down by the artificial organ is extracted into the n-hexane solution so as to be used as a supernatant layer due to the difference in specific gravity between itself and the pseudoblood. The supernatant layer which is separated from the pseudoblood is supplied to a strong acid solution so as to be coloered. The concentration of the coloered solution is measured. The numerical value of the broken-down microcapsule in the sampled pseudoblood is counted. Thereby, the lysemia characteristic of the artificial organ is evaluated.
