SOLUTION: The charcoal 1 accommodated in an stove main body 30 is exposed to circulating combustion gas atmosphere at high temperature, and hood is heated by the combustion gas by the combustion flame of the fuel gas from all around the charcoal 1 and the ignited flame of the charcoal 1, and also radiant heat is reflected with a combustion accessory 60, and the food is heated from the top of charcoal, thus this roaster device accelerates the heating by combustion gas. Accordingly, the charcoal 1 accommodated in the stove body 30 is exposed to circulating combustion gas atmosphere at high temperature, and besides necessary air is taken in, so this can shorten the time required from the ignition of the charcoal 1 to the combustion.
