Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating element, which can heat with the excellent heating effect and of which watt density can be desirably set, by providing a thin heater on a support of the excellent heat conductive material having a shape to be fitted on an outer surface of a material to be heated, and laminating an insulating material layer on the surface thereof in order. SOLUTION: A thin heater 2 is provided on a support 1 of the excellent heat conductive material, which has a shape to be fitted on an outer surface of a material to be heated for installation. This support 1 is desirably formed by providing a surface of a metal material such as copper having heat conductivity at about 0.5 W/m.K or more with an insulating film of Al2 O3 and fluorine resin, which has heat conductivity at about 0.1 W or more, at 10-100 μm in thickness. A thin heater 2 is formed by providing a desirable shape metal foil heater pattern, which is obtained by punching a metal foil of Al or the like, on an insulating film of polyethylene terephthalate or between the insulating films, and thickness of the metal foil heater pattern is desirably formed at 100 μm or less. An insulating material layer 3 of silicon rubber or the like is formed thereon at 0.3 mm or more in thickness, and unified for integration. |
