Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and exactly deal with the occurrence of emergency conditions or the like by communicating with the side of terminal equipment even when a telephone set added to an automatic reporting device can not be utilized or the telephone set is not added. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a camera 12 and a report control part 16 for processing signals related to the image of an object 14 photographed by this camera 12, converting these signals to data corresponding to the form of that object 14 and reporting these converted data through a telephone line to the destination of report. Thus, even when the telephone set added to the automatic reporting device can not be utilized or the telephone set is not added, the data corresponding to the form of the object photographed by the photographic means can be communicated to the side of terminal equipment so that the occurrence of emergency or the like can be speedily and exactly dealt with.
