OSCILLATOR MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator module which is miniaturized, improves an unnecessary radiation characteristic, is easily mounted on a mounted substrate and accomplishes a reduction in costs. SOLUTION: A power control oscillator contains a multilayer substrate 101. Circuit patterns 102 are formed on one principal plane of the substrate 101 and inside the substrate 101. A hole 104 which connects the distribution patterns 102 of each layer that constitutes the substrate 101 is formed inside the substrate 101. Electronic parts 103 are mounted on the one principal plane of the substrate 101. Rear plane electrodes are formed as external terminals which are connected to an external circuit on the other principal plane of the substrate 101, one rear plane electrode is a ground electrode and the other rear plane electrode is a terminal electrode. The rear plane electrodes are conductively connected to the pattern 102 through the hole 4. Further, the rear plane electrodes are arranged inner than sides of the substrate 101. A shield cover sticks to and is arranged on the one principal plane of the substrate 101.
