EVACUATION EQUIPMENT FOR GLASS BOARD ASSEMBLY WITH CHIP TUBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation equipment for flat plate glass assembly so as to improve the heat efficiency and productivity. SOLUTION: An equipment is formed of an atmosphere circulation type air discharging furnace having an opening part provided in a furnace floor along the longitudinal direction of the furnace and partitioned into a temperature rise chamber A, a heating chamber B and a temperature lowering chamber C by an insertion door E, an extracting door F and intermediate doors D1 , D2 , a processing material support member for holding plural glass board assembly W with chip tube with the predetermined space in parallel, and plural evacuation carts 10 provided in a leg part of the support member and having a heat insulating member 12 provided in the furnace floor so as to block the opening. Circulating atmosphere is passed through between the glass board assemblies with chip tube, and while the evacuation carts 10 are made to travel intermittently.
