ENVIRONMENT LOAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide necessary information for improving the environment load of a product by managing life cycle data of the product for respective product processes by making identification numbers correspond to the environment loads and opening only data of a necessary minimum through the use of a transmission line for the other process using the product. SOLUTION: At the time of finishing the product through the acquiring and refining processes of raw materials or fuel used for the production of the product and through work/assembly processes, auxiliary data management means are allocated to the respective production processes. The auxiliary data management means is provided with a data storage means 10, an input mean 20, a communication means 30 transmitting/receiving data with the other auxiliary data management means, an operation means 40 synthesizing and calculating data and an output means 50. Data of the life cycle of the product are managed for the respective production processes by making the identification numbers correspond to the environment loads. Only data in the necessary minimum is opened to the other processes using the product by using the transmission line and environment load information of the life cycle of the product is managed in common in the whole production processes.
