Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the system from getting in control in an unstable condition, and prevent it from getting in the protective control against overload, etc. by performing the judgment with a neuro stability judging means by the difference between the suction temperature and the temperature set by a remote controller, and turning on a swing arm when the neuro stable condition continues for a specified time. SOLUTION: A suction temperature detection means 22 detects the suction temperature 21, and a remote controller setting temperature detection means 24 detects the remote controller setting temperature 23. Then, in case that a switching arm on signal is transmitted by the remote controller, a neuro stability judging means 26 judges it to be stable, and if it is clocked for n1 minutes or more with a stable time clocking means 27, this controller operates a switching arm ON means 29. This can prevent the system from getting in the protective operation against overload, etc. N by turning on the swing arm only at neuro stability this way.
