Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device for an engine, which can completely atomize and evaporate liquid fuel by a device which is applicable in the various shapes of an intake passage such as not only a cylinder but also a rectangle and a square, and is small and can be formed at a low cost without increasing the length of the intake passage. SOLUTION: In a liquefied gas engine in which the whole or a part of liquefied gas fuel is evaporated and mixed with air in a carburetor 4 and supplied to the inside of the cylinder 10 of the engine through an intake passage 11, an adsorptive member 13 for adsorbing liquid in the liquefied gas fuel is arranged on the inner wall part of the intake passage 11, and liquid in fuel in the intake passage 11 is adsorbed in the adsorbing member 13 by a capillary phenomenon so as to accelerate evaporation of liquefied fuel. This intake device can be process and assembled by an extremely simple structure that the adsorptive member 13 such as felt, is supported by a supporting member 14 having many permeable holes such as a wire netting and a porous plate, and attached to the intake passage 11. |
