Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a steam seal in a fitting portion between a pressure bulkhead and an internal wheel casing in a low pressure wheel casing for a steam turbine wherein the pressure bulkhead integrally formed with a blade ring is separately formed from the internal wheel casing. SOLUTION: A blade ring 4 supporting a stationary blade 5 and a pressure bulkhead 9 are integrally jointed together and a fitting portion 12 is provided between an outer periphery of the pressure bulkhead 9 and an internal wheel casing 3. At the fitting portion are provided a plurality of sealrings 15 pressed radially from the center by a plurality of spring-sets 16 so as to enhance a sealability.
