Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the travelling control specially of a crawler type vehicle in the crawler type vehicle for civil engineering works and, at the same time, to provide a travelling control mechanism capable of preventing an operator from an error of operation based on large and strong shaking of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A travelling control mechanism is concentratedly provided at a single control lever 1, at the same time, the control lever 1 is locked in an immovable manner as long as a steering starting device twisting the same control lever 1 is not operated. Even when large and strong shaking occurs in a crawler type vehicle in the case of travelling or in the case a working machine is driven, the shaking of an operator oneself and an error of operation caused by shaking of the vehicle can be prevented by grasping the control lever 1.
