Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject dispersion that has good spreadability, gives good sense of use on massage and is easily storable with deliquescence inhibited. SOLUTION: To (A) a mixed solution prepared by adding (i) water-soluble organic compound, preferably having a specific gravity of 1 or more, for example, glycerol, sorbitol and the like to (ii) an aqueous solution of a water-soluble polymer, for example, carboxymethylcellulose, is added (B) an inorganic salt (sodium chloride, calcium carbonate or the like). The weight ratio of the component Ai to the component Aii is usually 3/7-7/3, while the amount of the component B is 30-70 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component A.
