INK JET RECORDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the recording of a plurality of gradations by providing an ink flow rate control pipe between an ink pressurizing chamber and a nozzle for jetting ink, and operating the pipe to vary the ink jet flow rate. SOLUTION: An ink flow rate control pipe 7 and a pipe action member 8 for operating the pipe 7 are provided between an ink pressurizing chamber 3 and an ink jet nozzle 6 to vary the sectional area of the pipe 1 or absorb the pressure of ink by the pipe 7 and control, the ink flow rate. For instance, when an ink pressurizing member 4 is operated without operating the pipe pressurizing member 8, the amount of ink maximum to be generated in the ink pressurizing chamber 3 is jetted out of the nozzle 6 (total amount jet), while the pipe pressurizing member 8 is operated simultaneously with operating the ink pressurizing member 4, the sectional area of the pipe 7 is reduced to reduce the amount of ink jetted out of the nozzle 6 (reduced amount jet).
