Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce Hume pipes resistant to concrete corrosion by sulfur oxidizing bacteria. SOLUTION: A corrosion resisting agent 1.2-2.5 in specific gravity which has growth inhibiting effects on sulfur oxidizing bacteria, especially one consisting of a phthalocyanine compound, is added into concrete, and the mixture is mold by centrifugal casting to produce a corrosion resistant Hume pipe. A Hume pipe in which the corrosion resisting agent is concentrated in the inner surface layer can be prepared easily by this method. In this way, sewerage system pipes can be kept sound efficiently over a long period.
