FORM DEVICE FOR PRECAST CONCRETE PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form device for balcony precast which does not generate cracks in concrete and does not need the use of a crane in demolding. SOLUTION: In a form device which precasts a balcony, a front side standard form 2 which forms the front wall of the balcony and a front side extension form 2a which is joined to the form 2 are mounted on a front side form supporting base 5 fixed to a base L, and a back side standard form 3 which forms a back wall of complex form having a groove part and a back side extension form 3a joined to the form 3 are mounted on a back side form supporting dolly traveling freely forward and backward. Only by lifting the form 3 and the form 3a and moving the dolly 6 to separate from the back side surface, demolding can be done without generating cracks in the balcony and without using a crane.
