Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a welding for the whole section of the weld planned line at one time without cutting an arc even when the welding planned line is not a closed route by arranging a step which enables to processed a welding torch reversely, having an arc kept maintained, to a planned weld starting point from the arc starting point. SOLUTION: An arc start operation is carried out until an arc is generated at a planned weld stating point, and when the arc is not generated even if it exceeds over a given number, the arc start operation proceeds to a little advanced step. When the arc is generated, it is made to be an actual arc starting point. The welding torch is reversely proceeded to the planned starting point from this starting point having the arc kept maintained. The welding torch is made to processed again from the welding start planned point with the arc kept maintained along the welding planned line, and is further proceeded until it reaches the planned weld finishing point beyond the arc starting point. Distance between the planned weld starting point to the arc starting point is welded twice, but no unwelded section will take place. |
