Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily a pore appear at a low cost by a method wherein after making a pore appear by breaking a dense layer by spraying compressed air and an active carbon particle onto inner and outer side surfaces of an active carbon block filter wherein a surface molded by coming in contact with a mold in press molding becomes dense, the product is burnt. SOLUTION: An active carbon block 1 is provided wherein water is added to very fine active carbon and clay, kneeded, granulated, and formed in a cylindrical filter with a friction press. After drying, a dense layer is broken by spraying, for example, an active carbon particle of 30 to 60 mesh with compressed air to the dense layers on an outside surface 2 and an inside surface 3 of the filter, and the pore is made to appear by blowing off broken powder with air pressure. Thereafter, biscuit firing treatment is executed by burning. For spraying the active carbon particle, for example, an upper cup type spray gun of a 1 l container is used, and for the inside surface 3, a 200 mm long nose is used. The dense layer can easily be broken thereby, and cutting for measuring up and down can be eliminated. |
