Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sense of taste by eluting a mineral content when a tap water is permeated by a method wherein a granite powder together with compressed air is sprayed onto inside and outside surfaces of an active carbon block filter of which a surface turns dense in molding, and passed through a pore between the granite particles and a pore of the active carbon block filter. SOLUTION: An active carbon block 1 is provided wherein water is added to fine active carbon and clay, neaded, granulated, and molded cylindrically with a hydraulic or friction press, and a contact surface to a press mold becomes a dense layer. In order to break the dense layer therein, granite powder is sprayed onto the dense layer of the inside surface 3 with compressed air, and the granite particle is buried in the dense layer. An upper type spray gun is used for spraying the granite particle, and a long nose is used for the inside surface 3. By making the pore under the dense layer appear easily at a low cost by burying the granite particle thus, a mineral content is eluted from the granite particle of a front layer, and a sense of taste can be also improved. |
