Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially prevent the occurrence of a lining defect in spite of the presence of a recessed part on the inside surface of an installed pipe by applying a lining material on the inside surface of the installed pipe by a rotary coating applicator moving while rotating within the installed pipe and flattening the surface of the coated lining material by a pig inserted into the installed pipe after coating application. SOLUTION: The lining material B supplied into drain pipes 13, 14, 15 is applied on the inside surface of the pipe by the rotary brush moving while rotating. The pig 6 is thereafter set at a working opening and an air supply hose 10 is connected to the drain pipes 13, 14, 15 to feed compressed air A into the pipes and to insert the pig 6 through the drain pipes 13, 14, 15 toward an outlet side. The pig 6 is successively inserted into the pipe while pressing the lining material B that the rotary brush adheres to the inside surface of the pipe to the inside surface of the pipe. The thickness of the lining material B adhered to the inside surface of the pipe is successively regulated to the thickness determined by a diameter difference between the diameter of the pig 6 and the bore D1 of the pipe and the surface of the lining material B adhered to the inside surface of the pipe is successively flattened. |
