Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the offsetting of a light beam caused by a change in the focal distance of a lens for multiple light processing. SOLUTION: A multiple light processing device is formed by arraying and arranging bulk grid element 10, a convergent lens 20 and a compensation lens 30. Incident light having a multiple wavelength is separated into sunbeams corresponding to each wavelength by the bulk grid element 10. The sunbeam having each wavelength and transmitted through the convergent lens 20 is offset in accordance with the displacement of the focal distance of the convergent lens 20. The compensation lens 30 is constituted of a refractive index distribution type lens, and corrects the offsetting, and efficiently optically connects the sunbeams of each wavelength to corresponding waveguides by making them in parallel with the optical axis of the lens.
