Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centering jig in which a measuring point of a target can be correctly installed on a proper position for measurement using a three- dimensional position measuring device. SOLUTION: A centering jig 22 is installed on each of three bolt holes in a flange 12, so a measuring point of a target 24 is automatically disposed at a center of each bolt hole. A position of a measurement point is measured by a three-dimensional position measuring device 18, and measured data are sent to an operating device 20, thereby a position and attitude of the flange 12 are determined.
