Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely recover leak water (including leaked oil) from a recovery chamber, to prevent the overflow, etc., from an lubricating oil tank, to dispense with the visual judgment requiring skill, and to eliminate the burden on the crew in operating a valve. SOLUTION: Control valves 14, 15 comprising solenoid valves, etc., are provided on a connection pipe to connect a recovery chamber 10 to a lubricating oil tank 12, and a high-level detection part 28 and a low-level detection part 29 are provided on the lubricating oil tank 12. A low-level detection part 34 is provided on a stern tube oil gravity tank 33. The control valves 14, 15 are opened/closed through the automatic remote control based on the comprehensive judgment of the detected condition of the detection parts 28, 29, 34.
