SOLUTION: In a stand of a movably arranged apparatus 3 having a first stand part 7 and second stand parts 9, 11 which are fitted to the first stand part 7 and include a turning arm 9 turnable around the turning axis A2, and are movable relative to the first stand part 7, an energy accumulation part 45 to apply the force toward a support point 49 of the energy accumulation part 45 on the first stand part 7 is provided on a fixed point of application 47 of the stand arm 9. The turning axis A2 and the support point 49 form a perpendicular plane, and when the stand arm 9 is turned, the support point 49 is spatially fixed relative to the first stand part 7.
