Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to adjust so as to reliably avoid instability of a power source network due to an overload of a turbo group by finding kinetic force additionally consumed or sent out by a shaft, and adjusting thermal output according to the sum of electric power and the kinetic force. SOLUTION: Kinetic force Pkin is first added to measured electric power PG of a generator 16, in an adder 30. The kinetic force Pkin is calculated by the following expression from a rotational frequency (f) measured by a shaft 17 in a correcting circuit 26: Pkin=4π θf (df/dt) θ is the moment of intertia of the shaft, and (df/dt) is changing acceleration of a rotational frequency of the shaft}, and the sum of an electric power PG and the kinetic force Pkin is compared with a predetermined output value Pc in a substructer 10, and Pt is reduced with a difference ΔP is positive, and is enhanced when the difference ΔP is negative. A mass flow rates of sucking-in combustion air and fuel are adjusted to adjust thermal output Pt. Thereby, instability of a power source network is avoided.
