Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition and thermoplastic elastomer composition powder having good handling property, fluidity at processing and embossing transferability, and a skin material consisting thereof having good mechanical properties, heat resistance and designability. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition contains an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer (A) and an ethylenic resin (B) as essential components. Here, a propylenic polymer contained in the olefinic thermoplastic elastomer (A) exists as dispersed particles with an average particle size of 0.8 μm or smaller in the ethylenic resin (B), which is a matrix, confirmed by transmission electron microscopic observation. The thermoplastic elastomer composition further consists of multiple components including a propylenic resin (C) or a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer.
