Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of communication disable state in a communication system in the case where a server and terminals are linked via plural base stations. SOLUTION: In the case that a link between a server 2 and a base station 5-1 is disconnected, the server 2 detects it and sends a power off command to interrupt a power supply of the base station 5-1 to a base station 5-2 adjacent to the base station 5-1 to send the command to the base station 5-1 via the base station 5-2. Thus, the power supply of the base station 5-1 is interrupted to stop the communication between the base station 5-1 and a radio terminal 3-1.
