SOLUTION: A vehicle 31 determines a travel indication for a lane change to, for example, the right lane and determines the travel course according to the travel indication. At this time, a travel course signal indicating the set travel course and a travel course set position signal indicating the position of the vehicle when the travel course is set are sent by an inter-vehicle communication device to a vehicle 32.
