Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct a fuzzy control rule to be used at the time of operating fuzzy control. SOLUTION: A simulation arithmetic part 18 operates the simulation arithmetic operation of a fuzzy control rule constituted of a rule and a membership function stored in a rule storing part 19a and a membership function storing part 19b, and displays a simulation result at a display part 13. When an abnormal part on the simulation result is designated from a control panel 12, a rule preparing/correcting part 17 extracts the membership function of the rule used at the time of this abnormal part arithmetic operation from the membership function storing part 19b, and displays it at a display part 13. Then, the shape pattern of the membership function is patched, or a new membership function is added according to an instruction from the control panel 12.
