Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display fuzzy control information such as fuzzy control rule or the simulate result of the fuzzy control rule. SOLUTION: A simulation arithmetic part 18 operates a simulation arithmetic operation by a fuzzy control rule stored in a rule storing part 19a and a membership function storing part 19b, and displays a simulation result at a display part 13. A fuzzy controlling part 28 displays the comparison diagram of a correction instruction value to a direction correcting part 24 with a corrected result from an arithmetic unit 21 at the display part 13. Thus, the fuzzy control information can be displayed. Then, when the correction of a rule is instructed from a control panel 12, a rule preparing/correcting part 17 displays a membership function stored in the membership function storing part 19b at the display part 13, and patches the shape pattern of the membership function according to an instruction from the control panel 12.
