Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation by irradiating marking laser in every one or more radiating directions specified by irradiating a visible laser light in a state of focusing. SOLUTION: This device is provided in such a manner that a visible laser light and a marking laser from a laser irradiating part 2 can be applied on the same optical axis. The marking laser is irradiated in the focusing state in every one or more irradiating direction specified by irradiating the visible laser light. Thus two kinds of the position setting laser and the marking laser are irradiated, so that at the attaching of a member colored by laser adsorption, operation can be conducted safely by using a position setting laser which can be previously set on the safe side without the output control to the marking laser. As the marking laser is irradiated in a state of focusing, high-accuracy marking is enabled.
