Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect only the vibration component in the vertical component, by using the constitution in which a vibration sensor has the freedom of rotation in at least two directions, and the center of gravity becomes eccentric to the sensitibity axis direction. SOLUTION: A vibration sensor main body 21 is installed in a hollow case 22 and can slide on the inner surface on the case 22. The vibration sensor main body 21 has a sensitivity axis A in one direction, whose sensitibity is about 120 times as compared with the sensitivity in the rectangular direction. A weight 23 is installed in one end portion of the sensitibity axis direction of the vibration sensor main body 21. The center G of gravity of the sensor 2 is eccentric from the center O of a sphere of the case 22 to the sensitibity axis direction of the vibration sensor 21. A retainer 3 constitutes a spherical roller together with a spherical part of the case 22, and lubricating oil 32 is sealed in a gap between the retainer 3 and the case 22. The case 22 can be freely rolled in the retainer 3, and is restrained from moving in the direction except the rotation direction. |
