SOLUTION: The subject immunodetection method is so composed that reactivity with an allergen specific Ig in saliva, which is produced by an antigen/ antibody reaction with an antigen in saliva after adding a alimentary allergen to the saliva gathered from the inside of a mouth of a man to be detected, is measured, or a specific antibody reaction of the specific antibody is measured, and then the measured value is compared with the reactivity with the allergen specific Ig in saliva of a healthy man, which is obtained by the antigen/antibody reaction with the same antigen in the same conditions, or with a measured average value of the specific antibody reaction of the specific antibody, and then the immunodetection is performed base on the significant difference and the carrelation.
