Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable mass production by eliminating a burden on a worker required for the conveying and preservation of an ice mass. SOLUTION: This apparatus includes a crusher 61 to crush an ice mass arranged near a female die 11, an ice mass preserver 101 to preserve the ice mass being supplied to the crusher 61 and an ice conveying means 102 being extended between an ice making machine 100 and the ice mass preserver 101. The ice conveying means 102 is provided with a conveying pipe 102A for communication between an ice discharging part 100A of the ice making machine 100 and the ice mass preserver 101 and a conveying member 102B. The ice mass preserver 101 is provided with a quantity detection means to detect the quantity of the ice mass housed inside to maintain a rotary drive of the conveying member 102B of the conveying means 102 until the amount of the ice mass housed by the ice mass preserver 101 is detected to have reached a prescribed value.
