Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give an alarm by detecting the concentration of the combustible gas contained in the indoor air when no combustion is made in a burner. SOLUTION: A detection control means 51 drives a combustion fan 24 at low speed to supply the indoor air into an appliance even when no combustion is made in a burner, and detects the concentration of carbon monoxide and methane contained in the air by actuating a CO sensor. When the concentration exceeds, the alarm value, the condition is alarmed by the alarm sound or an alarm lamp, the combustion fan 24 is driven at high speed, and a separately installed ventilation fan is interlockingly driven to achieve the ventilation.
