Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interference between a stay vane and a guide vane in an operating point having a large flow rate by rotating and moving the blade of the guide vane of a pump hydraulic turbine. SOLUTION: An axial center of a shaft 2 is provided so as to be on the outside of the form of a blade 1, and when a guide vane is rotated according to operating state, the blade 1 is not only rotated but also moved. Thus, the space L between the stay vane-side blade end of the blade 1 and the guide vane-side blade end of a stay vane 4 is minimized. For the flowing state at this time, the flowing-out direction of the water flow from the blade 1 is moved since the blade 1 is moved in the guide vane arrangement direction, and the slip stream of the guide vane never reaches the negative pressure surface 4S of the stay vane 4. Thus, since the slip stream of the guide vane is never interfered with the boundary layer of the negative pressure surface 4S, the pump efficiency can be improved without increasing the loss, and a high pump efficiency can be kept even in a large flow rate. |
