Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost, to increase strength against vibration and prevent occurrence of large noises, and to miniaturize an intake manifold. SOLUTION: In this intake manifold provided with an aluminum plenum chamber 2 having an intake inlet 3 and a plurality of intake outlets 4, and a plurality of aluminum expanded material-made branch pipes 5 with one end connected to the intake outlet 4 of the plenum chamber 2, each branch pipe 5 is passed through the plenum chamber 2 from its middle leading from its one end to its other end, the plenum chamber 2 is joined by two constituent members 16, 17, and the intake outlet 4 is formed in the constituent member 17. Branch pipe passing holes 13, 15 are formed by extending over both the constituent members 16, 17, and the branch pipe 5 is passed through the branch pipe passing holes 13, 15.
