Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method whereby materials are prevented from being damaged by material-transporting machinery and materials for a long term without producing a large amt. of waste by forming a polyurea resin layer by applying and simultaneously reacting an isocyanate component and a polyamine component on the surfaces to be brought into contact with materials transported, among the surfaces of material-transporting machinery and materials. SOLUTION: (A) An isocyanate component comprising either an org. polyisocyanate a1 or a partial prepolymer a2 formed by reacting a part of isocyanate groups with a polyol having a mol.wt. of 200-800 and (B) a polyamine component comprising 100 pts.wt. polyoxyalkylene polyamine b1 having at least two aliph. amino groups and an average mol.wt. of 1,000-10,000 and 15-100 pts.wt. active arom. diamine b2 (other than toluenediamine) having no electron- attracting group on the arom. ring and having a 1-5C alkyl group bonded to the carbon atom adjacent to the carbon atom bonded to an amino group in an equivalent ratio of NH2 group/NCO group of 0.7-1.5 are mixed, spray-applied and cured. |
